Hi! I'm Dustin.
I launched Proof Leadership five years ago to develop organizational culture in the social sector on a wider scale.
I'm the former Director of Leadership Development at YES Prep Public Schools and creator of the Leading Excellence program, a 2-year leadership fellowship with proven results. Prior to YES, I taught leadership development at Rice University and the University of Las Vegas, Nevada.
I'm also the author of Reset: How to Get Paid and Love What You Do.
