How We're Different

  1. You. Each program is customized to the needs of the group. No leader is exactly the same, and no program should be either.
  2. Education first. Engaging facilitation that honors the partner as a co-creator. The goal is to maximize performance and this is best accomplished through a balance of expertise and skilled facilitation that draws on the experience of the people in the room.
  3. We get you. We're educators at heart with more than a decade of experience in colleges, universities, and k-12 education. We understand your needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  4. Experience outside of education. We bring perspective to the field through past work. Proof has consulted with law firms, accounting firms, and Fortune 500 companies as well as nonprofits.
